Hi, we are Steph & Alicia
Hello! We’re Steph and Alicia — two long-time friends with a shared passion for helping women feel supported, informed and empowered through the often-mysterious journey of perimenopause.
We’ve been friends for over ten years and share a love of learning, wellness, good conversations and a healthy dose of laughter along the way. Somewhere between comparing notes on hormones, sleep, energy dips and “why is my body doing that?”, we realised many women are navigating this stage of life without the information or support they deserve.

Steph is a wife and mum to two energetic boys, juggling family life while nurturing a deep interest in health, wellbeing and helping women feel their best. Alicia is a proud mum of two (22 and 25) and a very happy “Glamma,” bringing her entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and big heart for community into everything she does.
Together we created Hello Perimenopause — a space where women can feel seen, supported and a little less alone as they move through this transition.
Our approach is holistic, practical and refreshingly real.
We believe supporting women through perimenopause means looking at the whole picture — nutrition, gut health, daily rituals, mindset, nervous system support, movement and simple self-care practices that help bring the body back into balance.
No overwhelm. No shame. No “just put up with it.”
Instead, we focus on small daily rituals, nourishing products and supportive tools that help women reconnect with their bodies and move through this stage feeling stronger, calmer and more in control.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: women deserve better conversations about perimenopause.
